FLC Drive No. 11

ACU kickoff by Navarro is fielded at the 20 and returned to the FLC 32.  Run up the middle is good for 9 yards to the ACU 41.  QB runs the ball around left corner for no gain.  Penalty on ACU defense gives FLC the ball on the ACU 43 and a first down.  QB draw up the middle – the Skyhawks have virtually no running game – yields 2 yards.   False start penalty on FLC's center moves the ball back to the ACU 48.  Pass lobbed down the right sideline is overthrown.  Flag on FLC for holding, so the ball backs up to the 43.  Pass over the middle is complete to the ACU 47.  Delay of game penalty on FLC with :03 left in Q3.  Time expires in the quarter with ACU leading 52-3.  Pass in left flat, with QB scambling for his life, is incomplete, but ACU is flagged for roughing the passer.   Ball moves to ACU 37 for FLC first down.  Pass in right flat is complete, run out of bounds at the ACU 12 for a first down.  Derek Odelusi trips up the QB for a loss of 1; ball on the ACU 13.  Pass complete in the left flat and run in for a TD.  PAT is good.  ACU 52, FLC 10 with 13:21 left in Q3.
