FLC Drive No. 6

ACU kickoff fielded at the 29 and returned to the FLC  40.  Time out on the field.   QB draw off left tackle yields 4 yards to the FLC 44.  Pass over the middle is incomplete, dropped by the intended receiver upon impact.  Third down.  Deep pass over the middle falls incomplete, just off the receiver's hands.  Fourth down.  Punt is fielded by Kendrick Johnson at the 5 and returned untouched into the end zone.  Flags litter the field, however.  ACU called for illegal block in the back, so the ball is spotted at the ACU 13.  New QB Clark Harrell can't find a receiver open and runs out of bounds at the 19.  Pass to WR Chris Fowler in the left flat is advanced to the ACU 32 for a first down.  Pass to Dennis Campbell is good on the right for a gain to the ACU 35.  Harrell scrambles and hits Gates for a great catch on the left sideline, but he is ruled out of bounds.  Third and 7.  Snap goes over Harrell's head, and his scrambling pass falls incomplete in the right flat.  Punt on fourth down by Mark Sprague is downed at the FLC 14.  7:09 left in Q2.
